The day begins with our expert farmer Nunzio who will take
you out in the wild foraging for seasonal herbs (i.e. wild
asparagus, chicories, mustard...); the rest is all about the
art of cooking and famous Italian conviviality.

From markets and fields to kitchen
Strolling around markets and local food stores with our
chef; buying fish directly from fishing boats in picturesque
Trani and foraging for wild edible herbs; the rest, once again,
is all about the art of cooking and famous Italian conviviality.
